AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD DESIGNATING A NAME FOR
CITY STREET, AS LOUSTALOT LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
In accordance with the authority of Section 34091.1
of the Government Code, the City Council does hereby adopt and
apply to the following-described street within the City of
Bakersfield, the name of LOUSTALOT LANE:
A frontage road approximately fifty (50) feet
in width, located south of, and i~Lmtediately
adjacent to the south right-of-way line of
Route VI-Ker-58, between South "H" Street
and South Chester Avenue, in the City of
Ba'kersfield, County of Kern, State of California,
being also a portion of Blocks C and D, Virginia
Tract, recorded in Book 3 of maps, at page 70,
Records of Kern County, California.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 15th day of November, 1971, by the
following vote:
