AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADDING SECTION 11.04. 781 TO
THE MUNICIPAL CODE (SPEED LIMIT ON WILSON
ROAD BETWEEN SOUTH CHESTER AVENUE AND WIBLE
ROAD).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 11.04.781 is added to the Municipal Code
to read as follows:
· -- .11.04.781 Speed Limit on Wilson Road Between South Chester
Avenue and Wible Road. A prima facie speed of thirty-five miles
per hour is hereby determined and declared to be the prima facie
speed at which vehicles may travel on Wilson Road between South
Chester Avenue and Wible Road.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of December ,
1971, by the following vote:
