AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADDING SECTION 11.04.797 TO THE
MUNICIPAL CODE (SPEED LIMIT ON WHITE LANE
EAST FROM SOUTH "H" STREET TO THE EASTERLY
CITY LIMITS).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 11.04.797 of the Municipal Code is added as
follows:
11.04.797 Speed Limit on White Lane East From South "H" Street
to The. Easterly City Limits. A prima facie speed of thirty-five
miles per hour is hereby determined and declared to be the prima
facie speed at which vehicles may travel on White Lane east from
South "H" Street to the easterly city limits.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the l?th day of April, 1972, by the
following vote:
