AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD REPEALING CHAPTER 8.48
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD (REFUSE COLLECTION AND
CONTROL) EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 15, 1972.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Chapter 8.48 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance is to take effect September 15, 1972.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at its regular
meeting held on June 26, 1972, by the following vote:
