AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 11.17.020
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD SETTING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
PARKING MALL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 11.17.020 of the Municipal Code is amended
to read as follows:
11.17.020 Boundaries. Central parking mall shall be comprised
of:
(1) 19th and 20th Streets from "H" to "L,"
Eye and "K" Streets from 18th Street to
21st Street, and
(2) 17th Street from "H" to Chester Avenue, and
Eye Street from 17th Street to 18th Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the llth day of December, 1972, by the
following vote:
