AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD DESIGNATING A NAME FOR THE ALLEY
AT WAYSIDE PARK, AS WAYSIDE LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That that 20-foot alley-access road adjacent to Wayside
Park be named Wayside Lane.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the lgth day of March, 1973, by the follow-
ing vote:
