AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF. BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 16.14. 100(d)
OF CHAPTER 16.14 OF TITLE 16 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE CONCERNING PARCEL MAPS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That subsection (d) of Section 16.14.100 of Chapter
16.14 of Title 16 of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(d) Plans and Profiles - Filing. Plans, specifications
and profiles of all improvements required under the provisions
of this section, as well as other improvements proposed to be
installed and constructed by the Divider in, over or under
any street or right-of-way, easement or parcel of land where
improvements are required or proposed, shall be filed with the
City Engineer. If all detailed plans, specifications and profiles
of improvements are not filed with the City Engineer at the
time of filing of the final parcel map or certificate of
compliance, there shall be included in the agreement to provide
street work and offsite and onsite improvements a promise to
file same within a reasonable time thereafter, and the faithful
performance bond shall include a guarantee that the remaining
plans, specifications and profiles will be prepared in accordance
with the requirements of the City Engineer.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of August ,
