AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 17.27.02~ OF
TITLE 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
ITEM 8 TO SUCH SECTION, CONCERNING USES
PERMITTED IN THE C-2 ZONE SUBJECT TO CON-
DITIONAL USE PERMIT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That item 8 is hereby added to Section 17.27.026 of
Chapter 17.27 of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield~as follows:
8. Mini-warehouses, for storage in entire closed
structure by tenant, of boats,
recreational vehicles, commercial
and personal goods, wares and
merchandise, and secondary and
incidental open storage for
recreational vehicles, campers
and boats.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 25th day of February, 1974, by the
following vote:
