AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.18. 136
OF CHAPTER 3.18 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
CONCERNING HAZARD DUTY PAY FOR POLICE
PATROLMEN ASSIGNED TWO-WHEEL MOTORCYCLE
DUTY o
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECT ION 1.
That Section 3.18.136 of Chapter 3.18 of Title 3 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby amended
as follows:
3.18.136 Hazard Duty Pay--Police Group. Any patrolman assigned
to two-wheel motorcycle duty shall be compensated an additional
thirty-five dollars per month for the performance of such duty.
Such additional pay shall be prorated for the period of duty under
such assignment of less than one month.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 4th day of February , 1974,
by the following vote:
