of Ordinance ~/256, entitled: "An ordinance regulating and imposing
municipal licenses, prescribing how and by whom licenses shall be
obtained, providing a penm~Zy for the non-procurement of licenses,'
and repealing all conflicting ordinances."
BE IT OI~DAII~D by the Council of the 'C~ity of B~ersfiel~,
me follows:
Section 2. Sub-division "C" of Section 1~ of 0r~n~ce
No. 2~6, passed .h~dthe Board of Trustees of the C2ty of B~ersfield
on the 22nd day of ~uly, 191~, is hereby repealed.
Section ~. This ordinate shall be in full force and
effect 30 days from a~ after its paeeage.
Passed and ~dopted by the Council of the City of
B~ersfield on this ~day of August, l~lS, by ~the following vote:
