AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OI~XNANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2~0, New Series, of the City of Bakers-
field, entitled, "AN ORDINANOE REGULATING TRAFFIC UPON PUBLIC
STREETS OF T~_K~ CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANOES
INCONSISTENT ~EWITH," be and the same is hereby amended by add-
ing a new section thereto, to be numbered and known as Section
26B, to read'as follows:
SECTION 26B.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride in or
upon any riding or coasting machine or devloe upon any sidewalk
in the residential district, as the same is defined by Ordinance
No. 185, New Series, as the same is now amended ormay hereafter
be amended, in the City of Bakersfield, in such a manner as to
cause or make loud or unusual noise, which does dtstumb the peace
and quietude of any person or of the neighborhood.
SECTION 2.
That Ordinance No. 278, New Series, and all other
ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby expressly repealed.
