AN ORDINANCE A~ENDING ENERGENCY ORDINANCE
NO. ~82 NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF B~KERS-
FIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Emergency Ordinance No. ~82 New Series of the City of
Bakersfield, entitled "AN ENERGENCY ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CERTAIN
STREETS IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AS "STREETS OF MAJOR INPORTANUE~"
OTHER THAN STATE HIGHWAYS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 195, CHAPTER 642,
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE, AND RE~ING ORDINANCE NO. ~81 NEW
SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD~ CALIFORNIA" be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto two new streets of NaJor Importance
to be numbered 38 and 39, as follows:
38. P Street between Brundage Lane and California Avenue.
39. Q Street between Truxtun Avenue and California Average
including the Q Street to P Street transition between l~th
Street and California Awenue.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
i~ thereof held on the 3rd day of September, 1946, by the following
vote:
