Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Council of the
City of Bakersfield, held in the Council Chambers of City Hall
5:15 p.m., November 25, 1986.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Payne.
City Clerk Carol Williams called the roll as follows:
Present: Mayor Payne. Council and Agency Members Childs, Smith,
Christensen, Moore, Dickerson, Salvaggio
Absent: Council and Agency Member Ratty
CLOSED SESSION
Upon a motion by Vice-Mayor Childs, the Council recessed
to a Closed session at 5:22 p.m. pursuant to Government Code
Section 54957, regarding Labor Negotiations with City of
Bakersfield's Chief Negotiator Bill Avery.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, upon a motion by Councilmember Smith, the Closed Session
was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.

the City of Bakersfield and the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency,
held in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 5:22 p.m., November
25, 1986.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Payne.

ting and authorizing Notice of Hearing to
consider and act upon the adoption of a
