AMENDMENT NO. I TO RESOLUTION NO. 101-98
ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO.
2, DIVISION 26 ("Q" STREET UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
PROJECT).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield, heretofore by
Resolution 101-98, adopted July 15,1998, established Underground Utility District No. 2,
Division 26 ("Q" Street Underground Utility Project); and
WHEREAS, Rule 20.A funds are now available to fund the conversion of
electric service panels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that Resolution 101-98 is hereby amended to add the following:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Rule 20.A conversion allocation funds
shall be available for conversion of electric service panels, not to exceed fifteen hundred
dollars ($1,500) per service entrance (excluding permit fees) to accept the new
underground service facilities pursuant to the Public Utilities Commission of the State of
California Advice Letter 1930-E.
