1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioners Lomas, Blockley, Johnson, McGinnis, Spencer
Absent: Commissioners Tkac, Tragish
Advisory Members: Robert Sherfy, James D. Movius, Marian Shaw, Phil Burns
Staff: Jennie Eng, Josephine Montijo, Robin Gessner
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

4. CONSENT CALENDAR: Will be heard at Thursday's meeting.
5. Hillside Development (HD) Combining Zone Amendment (Negative Declaration on file)
(Continued from July 6, 2006). (Note: The public hearing for this project was closed on July 6,
2006).
The public hearing on this item was closed on July 6, 2006. Staff's recommendation is to continue to September 5
and 7, 2006.
Commissioner Spencer moved, seconded by Commissioner McGinnis, to approve the continuation of agenda
item 5 to September 5 & 7, 2006.
Motion carried by group vote.
6. Vesting Tentative Tract 6859 (SmithTech/USA, Inc.) located on the southwest corner of Gosford
and future McKee Road. (Negative Declaration on file) (Continued from July 20, 2006 and re-
advertised)
Staff's recommendation is to continue to August 17, 2006.
Commissioner McGinnis moved, seconded by Commissioner Blockley, to approve the continuation of agenda
item 6 to August 17, 2006.
Motion carried by group vote.
7. COMMUNICATIONS: Will be discussed at Thursday's meeting.
