In the event of a hazardous materials emergency, the person identifying the emergency will contact the Security Office at 661-665-5999. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE MANAGEMENT In the event of a release of Hazardous Materials, The Facility Response Coordinator will initiate the Incident Command System and act as the Incident Commander. Unified Command will be established with responding agencies. The Aera Energy Incident Commander will initiate the response from our Environmental Contractor, ACTI. State law requires your business to complete all sections of the Emergency Response Procedure listed below. These gases require no secondary containment. The 1,000-gallon diesel ~tstorage tank located in the equipment yard at the rear of the building is maintained by Castle and Cook, the building's owner. CLEAN-UP: The gases stored at this facility leave no residue and require no clean-up.
