Minutes of a workshop session of the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, California, held in the Council Chambers of City
Hall at 7:00 p.m., March 12, 1986.

Doug Ayers, Management Services Institute, provided a
brief introduction and overview regarding the Cost/Revenue Study.
FIRE PROTECTION IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
Fire Chief Needham, Assistant Chiefs McCarthy and Kelly,
and Deputy Chief Walsh reported on fire protection in the City of
Bakersfield.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no luther business to come before the
Council, upon a motion by Councilmember Childs, the meeting was
adjourned, at 9:00 p.m., to immediately following the
Redevelopment Agency meeting on March 19, 1986.
