AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 5.10.120 OF THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO
AMBULANCE SERVICE CHARGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 5.10.120 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5.10.120 Ambulance service charges.
Charges for ambulance services shall be set from time
to time by the City Council by resolution and shall be placed on
file with the City Clerk.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be posted
City Charter provisions and shall become
days
in accordance with the
effective thirty (30)
from and after the date of its passaqe.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
