AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD REPEALING SECITON 5.50.220 AND
AMENDING SECTION 5.50.230 B. OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO CHAUFFEURED LIMOUSINE
SERVICE.
BE IT ORDAINED by

Section 5.50.220,

of Bakersfield
SECTION I.
Chauffeured limousine service
Generally,
repealed.
of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby
SECTION II.
Section 5.50.230 B. of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
hereby amended to read as follows:
5.50.230 Chauffeured limousine service - Rates.
B. The maximum rate shall be fifty dollars per hour or
two dollars and twenty-five cents per mile, whichever is greater,
and the hourly rate shall be computed in fractions of one-half hour;
the minimum charge for chauffeured limousine service shall be the
rate for one-half hour.
SECTION III.
This ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
City Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.
