AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 5.16.070 A.4. OF
THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW
8 PLAYERS INSTEAD OF 7 PLAYERS AT A TABLE IN
CARDROOMS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of sakersfield
as ~ollows.
SECTION 1.
Section 5.16.070 A.4 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
5.16.070 ~g~lat ions.
A.4. Not more than eight (8) players shall be permitted
at any one card table.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
City Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.
