AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 8.32.060 B.,
SUSPENDING THE REFUSE COLLECTION FEES FOR
THE PERIOD OF JUNE 1, 1983 TO MAY 31, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 8.32.060 B. of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield is hereby amended to read as follows:
8.32.060 ~ n~s~3_ ~ ~ ~ e~ s.
B. The charges imposed in Sections 8.32.030, 8.32.040
and 8.32.050 of this Chapter are suspended for the period June 1,
1983 to May 31, 1984. Said suspension of charges shall be revocable
as deemed necessary at any time during this period upon passage of
an ordinance amending this section.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
City Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30) days
from and after the date of its passage and shall be retroactive to
June 1, 1983.
