AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, ~ENDING SECTION 10.28.010
OF TITLE 10 (TRAFFIC REGULATIONS) OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION
OF NOEL PLACE AS A SOUTH TO NORTH ONE-WAY
STREET AND MT. VERNON AVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD
AS A NORTH TO SOUTH ONE-WAY STP~ET.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 10.28.010 C.3 of Title 10 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby amended by adding
Noel Place as a south to north one-way street as follows:
Noel Place .Christmas Tree Lane to alley south
of Church Avenue.
SECTION 2.
That Section 10.28.010 C.4 of Title 10 of the }!unicipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby amended by adding
Mt. Vernon Avenue Frontage Road as a north to south one-way
street as follows:
Mt. Vernon Avenue Frontage Road .Church Avenue
to Christmas Tree Lane.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 30th day of March , 1983,
by the following vote:
