AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD CHANGING THE NAME OF COOPERWOOD
LANE TO COPPERWOOD LANE.
BE ~T ORDAINED by the Council of
as follows:
SECTION t.
That that portion of Tract
County of Kern, State of California,
the City of Bakersfield
3974, City of Bakersfield,
as per map recorded March 28,
1979 in Book 28, Pages 177 through 179, in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County; and Tract 3977, City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, as per map recorded March 28,
1979 in Book 28, Pages 187 through 189 in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, designated as Cooperwood Lane be
renamed to Copperwood Lane.
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be posted in accordance with
the City Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
