BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTIONS 12.56.100 B.
AND 12.56.110 B. OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE
TO CITY PARK RESERVATION POLICY.

SECTION 1.
12.56.100 B. of the Municipal Code of

not less than two (2) days nor more than one hundred and twenty
(120) days prior to the proposed event or activity.

SECTION 2.
That Section 12.56.110 B. of the Municipal Code of the
City of Bakersfield is hereby amended to read as follows:
12.56.110 Exclusive use permit - Application - Requirements.
B. Applications shall be filed with the Director' of Parks
not less than fifteen (15) days nor more than one hundred and
twenty (120) days prior to the proposed event, activity or use of
the park. The action of the Director may be appealed to the City
Manager as provided in this Chapter. The Director shall not
