AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 17.38.030 OF
CHAPTER 17.38 OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATIVE TO HOSP (HOSPITAL) ZONE.
BE
as follows:
IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
SECTION 1.
Section 17.38.030 of the Municipal Code of
Bakersfield is hereby amended to read as follows:
17.38.030 Site Plan Review.
enlargement, reconstruction or
