2006 to September 28,2006 in the amount of $869,423.39.
Amendment #3 to Agreement No. RA04-005/04-097 for
Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency authorization to use
Community Development Block Grant Funds for the Old
Town Kern - Mixed Use Project.
Motion by Prince, seconded by Takii to approve Consent
Calendar items 3.a. through 3.c.

NEW BUSINESS
a. Resolution authorizing the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency to apply for State of California Housing Finance
Agency Residential Development Loan Program funds in
the amount of $1 million dollars to assist with housing
development costs for a 35 unit condominium located in the
South Mill Creek Project in the Southeast Bakersfield
Redevelopment Project Area.
Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Prince, to approve the
Resolution.
Resolution authorizing the purchase of a 2.69 acre site
located on the southeast side of East California Avenue
between Owens Street and South Robinson Street from the
Housing Authority of the County of Kern.
Motion by Takii, seconded by Prince, to approve the
Resolution.

Agency Member Mishoe requested information regarding eminent
domain. EDCD Director Kunz responded.
Agency Member Prince requested information regarding space
needs. EDCD Director Kunz responded.
Deputy City Attorney Sherty made comments regarding mandated
ethics training.
