NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING CHAPTER 17,26 OF THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION
17.26.027 AND REPEALING SECTIONS 17.26.020B.3.
AND 17.26.030 RELATIVE TO C-C ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 17.26.027 is hereby added to Chapter 17.26 of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code to read as follows:
17.26.027 Site Plan Review. All permitted and conditional uses
pursuant to this Chapter shall be subject to prior site plan review
and approval as a Class "A" Project pursuant to Chapter 17.53. This
requirement shall not apply to uses the plans for which have been
reviewed and approved by the Redevelopment Agency of the City.
Section
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
17.26.020B.3. of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
is
Section 17.26.030
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the City
Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30) days from
and after the date of its passage.
