NEW SERIES
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 10.76.030 A.
OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO
PARADE PERMIT APPLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 10.76.030 A. of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield is hereby amended to read as follows:
10.76.030 Permit - Application - Filing. %
A. Any person desiring to conduct or manage a parade shall,
in not less than thirty (30) business days nor more than ninety
(90) days before the date on which it is proposed to conduct such
parade, file an application with the traffic authority for a
permit.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance is an Emergency Ordinance within the
meaning of Section 24 of the City Charter and is to take effect
upon passage by the City Council.
