CONSENT CALENDAR

a. Minutes of the November 13, 2006 regular meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from November 3, 2006
2006 in the amount of $200,573.58.
c. Purchase of Real Property for the Union Avenue

Approve Purchase Agreement between the City of
Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency for the
purchase of property located at 701 Union Avenue
for an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.
Resolution authorizing the requisite City and Agency
personnel to execute all documents required to access
Section 108 Loan Guarantee Funds of $3.75
million and Brownfields Economic Development Imitative
Grant of $750,000.00 for Mill Creek South Mixed-Use
Project.
Motion by Prince, seconded by Takii to approve Consent
Calendar items 3.a. through 3.d.

Redevelopment Agency Financial update.
Business Manager Barnhard presented the update and
provided handouts.

8. AGENCY STATEMENTS

Chairman Cohen thanked staff and fellow board members for a
successful year and expressed confidence that the coming year
would bring more of the same success.
Agency Member Bentley requested information regarding the
timeline for delivering packets to Agency Members. Deputy City
Clerk Turner responded. EDCD Director Kunz and City Manager
Tandy stated the packets could be delivered to Agency
Members and that action was agreed upon.

10. WORKSHOP
a. Presentation regarding Mill Creek Linear Park Vision Plan.
EDCD Director Kunz made a computer presentation.
11. ADJOURNMENT
Agency Chair Cohen adjourned the meeting at 4:51 p.m.
