AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING TITLE 16 OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE (SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS) BY
AMENDING SECTION 16.12.010(d) (TENTATIVE AND
FINAL MAPS REQUIRED) AND SECTION 16o52.112(e)
(FORMAT CONTENT OF FINAL MAP).
BE
as follows:
IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
SECTION 1.
Section 16.12.010(d) of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
is amended to read as follows:
16.12.010 Tentative and Final Maps Required.
(d) Each parcel created by the division has a gross area of
forty acres or more or is not less than a quarter of a quarter
section.
SECTION 2.
Section 16.52.112(e) of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
is amended to read as follows:
16.52.112 Form and Contents of Final Map.
(e) When a soils report, a geologic report, or soils and
geologic reports have been prepared specifically for the sub-
division, such fact shall be noted on the final map, together
with the date of such report or reports, the name of the engineer
making the soils report and geologist making the geologic report
and the location where the reports are on file pursuant to Section
66434.5 of the Government Code.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
City Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.
