AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD REPEALING SECTION 3.30.030 OF
THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO
SPECIAL OFFICERS IN POLICE DEPARTMENT.
BE
as follows:
IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
SECTION 1.
Section 3.30.030 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the City
Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30) days from
and after the date of its passage.
