AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 5.32.200(e) OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE REI~ATIVE TO THE USE OF
AUDITORIUM KITCHEN FACILITIES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 5.32.200(e) of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield is amended to read as follows:
(e) No permit shall be issued for the service of less than
five hundred meals at any one service, except as may be approved
by the Manager. The permittee shall pay for the use of the
Auditorium kitchen facilities as may be set by resolution.

SECTION 2.
The effective date of this ordinance shall be February 1,
after adoption.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 19th day of December , 1979, by
