AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.18.110(c) (1)
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD RESPECTING LEADMAN RESPONSIBILITIES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 3.18.110(c) (1) of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield is hereby amended to read as follows:
3.18.110(c) (1) Leadman Responsibilities. When an employee in
the classification of Equipment Operator II, Equipment Operator III,
Heavy Equipment Operator-Streets, Tree Maintainer II, Sewer
Maintainer or Maintenance Craft Worker is assigned to Leadman
responsibilities for the majority of a shift to a project, truck
or job, he shall receive a salary adjustment increase of five
percent (5%) during the period of such assignment.
SECTION 2.
The operative date of this ordinance shall be the 10th
day of September, 1979, upon the effective d~te of the ordinance.
