(Exempt from CEQA) Administrative Review of a request to add three floor plans to the eight previously approved floor plans utilizing the previously approved elevation styles and to add alternative elevations for five of the previously approved elevations for single family homes in Tract 6448. (Ward 4) Group Vote 5.2 Public Hearing Items 5.2a Approval of Extension of Time - Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6209 (McIntosh & Associates) located generally south of Fairview Road between Monitor Street and South Union Avenue. (Exempt from CEQA) A request for an extension of time for a Vesting Tentative Tract Map containing 123 total lots, including 121 single family residential lots, one sump lot, and one 1.79 acre park lot on 28.79 acres, zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling). PUBLIC HEARING – RDEIR Adequacy Hearing 6.1 West Ming Specific Plan/GPA/ZC 03-1544 Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report (RDEIR) – Adequacy Hearing (Castle & Cooke California) generally located in the southwestern portion of the City of Bakersfield, west of Buena Vista Road. Receive comments on the adequacy of the Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report RDEIR) for General Plan Amendment and Zone Change No. 03-1544. (Ward 4 or 5 upon annexation) RECOMMENDATION: Refer comments to staff for preparation of a Final EIR. Roll Call Vote: 7. PUBLIC HEARING – Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7.1 Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7006 (DeWalt Corporation) located along the south side of College, approximately 150 east of Valencia Drive. (Negative Declaration on file) A proposed tentative subdivision containing 38 buildable residential lots on 13.26 acres for purposes of single family development, zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling), including a request for alternate lot design.
