located north of Panama Lane, west of south Allen Road (extended). (Exempt from

A request for an extension of time for a vesting tentative tract map containing 288 lots
including 274 lots for single family residential development (approximately 6,000 square
foot lot size), and 14 lots (205 to 175 acres in size) for residential, commercial and oil
exploration development of 581.76 acres in the McAllister Ranch Specific Plan
development. (Ward 5)
5.2bApproval of Extension of Time – Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6251 (San Joaquin
Engineering) located south of McKenna Street, approximately ¾ mile west of Kern

A vesting tentative tract map containing 135 lots, including 142 single-family residential
lots and 1 private park on 43.83 gross-acres for purposes of single-family development
zoned R-1 PUD (One Family Dwelling - Planned Unit Development) including a request
for alternate lot design. (Ward 5)
