5.3b General Plan Amendment 05-1580 (Ten Section LLC by James
Manley) located south of Panama Lane and east of Nord Avenue.

To change the land use designation from R-MP (Resource-Mineral and
Petroleum) and OS (Open Space) to LR (Low Density Residential) and a
Circulation Element Amendment which amends various Arterial and
Collector alignments within the boundary of the project. (Ward 5)
