AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 7.66.090(d) OF
CHAPTER 7.66 (TOWING OF VEHICLES) OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE
as follows:
SECTION
That Section 7.66.090(d)
Code be amended as follows:
IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
of Chapter 7.66 of the Municipal
7.66.090(d) Winch. To be power driven by power take-off from
transmission with safety dogs or equivalent braking devices or to be
electrically driven and equipped with safety dogs or equivalent
braking devices.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
