area along the common boundary line of a warehouse development in an
M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zone district and abutting residentially zoned
and/or designated properties developed with nonresidential uses located
at 1825 Feliz Drive.

2. : Conditional Use Permit to allow an approximately 3,000
