(Owner / Applicant: Community Action/Cannon Associates) CEQA: Exempt File No. 07-1199 2. : Conditional Use Permit to allow an approximately 3,000 (Ward 5) square foot drive-through restaurant (Farmer Boys) in a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone district located at 4920 Gosford Road.
