5.1 Updated Wall & Landscape Policy Resolution (City of Bakersfield, Planning Division)
located city wide in new single family residential subdivisions.
A proposed amendment to Section 4.E of Planning Commission Resolution No. 58-92 to extend
the subdivision wall along the local entry street to the front yard setback. (All Wards)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve

5.2 Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6807 (Stantec Consulting Inc.) located at the northwest
corner of Taft Highway and Green Road. (Negative Declaration on file)
A proposed tentative subdivision containing 321 total lots, including 315 single family residential
lots, 5 landscape lots and one sump lot on 86.40 acres for single family development, zoned R-1
(One Family Dwelling) and R-1/PUD (One Family Dwelling/Planned Unit Development) including
a request for alternate lot design. (Ward 5)

A proposed tentative subdivision containing 167 lots, including 89 single family residential lots on
20.45 acres zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling), and including 77 single family residential lots and one
sump easement lot on 20.45 acres zoned R-1/H.D. (One Family Dwelling/Hillside Development), for
purposes of single family development on a total of 40.9 acres, including a request for alternate lot
and street design. (Ward 3)
