A request for an extension o f time for a vesting tentative parcel map containing 19 lots for
service industrial purposes on 41.96 acres zoned M-2 (General Manufacturing); and to waiver
mineral rights signatures pursuant to BMC 16.20.060 B-1. (Ward 5)
4.2b Approval of Extension of Time Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6318 (Cornerstone
Engineering) located south of Earnhardt Drive, approximately 3/4 –mile west of Kern

5.1 Tentative Parcel Map 11614 (Wiley D. Hughes) located on the north side of East Pacheco
Road, approximately ¼-mile west of Cottonwood Road. (Categorically Exempt)
A proposed tentative subdivision containing two parcels on 36.59 acres for industrial purposes
zoned M-3 (Heavy Industrial). (Ward 1)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve
