A request for an extension of time for a vesting tentative tract map containing 150 lots for
single-family residential purposes on 33.70 acres zoned R-1 (One-Family Dwelling).

4.1b Receive and File Planning Director’s Report Regarding Modification to a PCD Plan
located at 11100 Olive Drive. (Admin #07-1762)
A request to modify an approved PCD plan to reconfigure and reduce the building area of
previously approved 54, 790 square foot retail building to 52, 316 square feet, increase
the building area of an 8, 855 square foot multiple tenant building to 9, 660 square feet,
and minor alteration to the parking lot and loading dock location on a portion of a site
