the west side of Alfred Harrell Highway, approximately one-half mile north of
Highway 178 (S.R. 178).
A request for an extension of time for a vesting tentative tract map containing 36 lots for
single family residential purposes on 18.96 acres zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling) and
R-1 HD (One Family Dwelling Hillside Development) (Ward 3)
4.2b Approval of Zone Change 06-1698 (Adavco, Inc.) consisting of 42.73 acres located
at the south side of Seventh Standard Road, west of Calloway Canal. (Continued
from October 4, 2007)
To change the zone from A (Agriculture) to R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling Zone)
on 40.39 acres and A to DI (Drilling Island) on 3.86 acres. (Ward 4 upon annexation)

A proposed zone change from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to C-2 P.C.D. (Regional
Commercial – Planned Commercial Development) on 10.98 acres for purposes of commercial
development. (Ward 5)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve

A proposed Planned Development Review for an 89,536 square foot multiple tenant shopping

A proposed tentative subdivision containing 6 single family residential lots on 2.62 acres for
purposes of single family development, zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling) including a request for
alternate lot and to waiver mineral rights signatures pursuant to BMC 16.20.060 A.2 in that
waivers of right of surface entry have to be obtained from more than 50% of mineral rights estate
and no one remaining party holds more than 20% of the Mineral Rights estate. (Ward 4)
