a. Minutes of the July 23, 2007 Special meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from July 13, 2007 to
July 27, 2007 in the amount of $13,133.46.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Bentley, to approve Consent
Calendar items 3.a. and 3.b.
None.

NEW BUSINESS
a.
Agreement with Eugene H. Vonderharr and Sheila H.
Vonderharr, Trustees of The Vonderharr Family Trust,
dated March 27, 1992 ($1,300,000.00) to
purchase real property located at 1215 "S" Street.
EDCD Director Kunz made staff comments.
Property Manager Anderson and City Manager Tandy
responded to questions.
Motion by Koman, seconded by Cohen to approve the
Agreement.
8. AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Koman requested information regarding the Baker
Street area. EDCD Director Kunz and City Manager Tandy
responded.
Agency Member Prince requested information regarding signage
in the Baker Street area and whether the Redevelopment Agency
would be listed as a participant in project. EDCD Director Kunz
responded.
Agency Member Bentley requested information regarding monies
available for maintenance of the Downtown Redevelopment Area
Maintenance District. EDCD Director Kunz and City Manager
Tandy responded.
