3. NEW BUSINESS
a.
Agreement with Elecia Blado to purchase real property
located at 810 & 830 California Avenue for $1,800,000.
Property Manager Anderson made staff comments and
gave a presentation.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Koman to approve the
Agreement.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Agency Chair Prince adjourned the meeting at 4:31 p.m.
