CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the August 23, 2007 Special meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from July 28, 2007 to
August 30, 2007 in the amount of $190,831.04.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Mishoe to approve Consent
Calendar items 3.a. and 3.b.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution for the Declaration of Official Intent of the
Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency to reimburse certain
expenditures from proceeds of obligation for the Millcreek
Linear Park and Canal Refurbishment Project.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Mishoe to approve the
Resolution.

Resolution authorizing the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency to submit an application to the California
Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank
(IBank) for financing of the Millcreek Linear Park and Canal
Refurbishment Project and approving certain other matters
in connection therewith.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Mishoe to approve the
Resolution.

Amendment NO.1 to Agreement No. RA07-02 Exclusive
Negotiation Agreement between the Bakersfield
Redevelopment Agency AMCAL Multi-Housing Inc. for
the development of approximately 4,000 to 7,000 square
feet of retail and 53 units of affordable housing located at
701 Union Avenue.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Mishoe to approve the
Amendment to the Agreement.
8. AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Mishoe asked if Agency Members would be I
included in selection of developers for the South Mill Creek Project.
EDCD Director Kunz respond.
Chairperson Prince appointed Agency Members Koman and
himself to the panel selecting the developers for the South Mill
Creek Project.
