a. Minutes of the September 8, 2007 Regular meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from August 31, 2007 to
September 27,2007 in the amount of $3,958,712.44.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Ordiz to approve the
Resolution.
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS
None.

6. DEFERRED BUSINESS
None.
7. NEW BUSINESS
a. Agreement with Robert K. Weatherby and Debra W. Craig,
Trustees of the Debra W. Craig Revocable Trust, dated
May 2, 2000, to purchase real property located at 1327 "S"
Street for $650,000.00 for the Mill Creek South Project.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Koman to approve the
Resolution.
