NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING THE FIRST PARAGRAPH
OF ITEM (2) OF SECTION 17.14.010 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING THE R~S (RESIDEN-
TIAL SUBURBAN) ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the first paragraph of Item (2) of Section 17.14.010
of Chapter 17.14 of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield is hereby amended to read as
(2) Keeping of bovine animals,
sheep and goats; provided, however, that
on the premises more
one-quarter acre.

This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from and

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was passed
