A.Public Hearing Items:
File No. 06-2251-
1.Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the
development of two 5,904 sq. ft. four-plexes in an M-1 (Light Manufacturing)
zone district.
File No. 07-0074 -
2.Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a truck parking
facility in an M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zone district.
File No. 07-0079 -
3.Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow limited retail
automobile sales accessory to a wholesale automobile dealership in a C-1
.
Neighborhood Commercial) zone district
The public hearing was opened. Bob Lira stated that he lived in the neighborhood
of File No. 06-2251, and stated that he has no objection, but has concerns and
comments. This item was pulled from the agenda.

Paul Hellman stated a revised Resolution was handed out for item A.2. including
an inadvertently excluded condition.
The public hearing on the consent agenda was closed, except for File Number 06-
2251, which was removed.
Member La Rochelle moved to approve the Consent Calendar.
Motion carried by group vote.

File No. 06-2251
1.- Approval of a conditional use permit to allow the development
of two 5,904 sq. ft. four-plexes in an M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zone district.
The public hearing was opened and the Staff report was given. Chair Zaragoza
inquired what the typical bedroom size is. Staff responded they range from 11X11
up to 17X14. They are all three bedrooms with 2 smaller and 1 larger bedroom.
Mr. Robert Lira stated that he would like the apartments to be rented to families
and not be sublet. He does not want to see more than one family in each unit.
The public hearing was closed.
Member La Rochelle moved to adopt the attached Resolution with all findings
and conditions approving Conditional Use Permit number 06-2251 as depicted in
the project description.
Motion carried by the following roll call vote:

There being no further business the meeting was concluded at 3:29 p.m. The next Board
of Zoning Adjustment meeting is scheduled for March 13, 2007.
