Motion made by Member Burns to approve the August 14, 2007 minutes. Motion carried by the following roll call vote: AYES: Members: Zaragoza, Burns NAYS: None ABSENT: Member Rojas B.Public Hearing Items: File No. 07-1372: 1. A conditional use permit to expand an existing automobile dismantling business (Pick Your Part Auto Wrecking) by approximately 2.5 acres in M-1 (light manufacturing) and M-2 (general manufacturing) zone districts located at 5311 South Union Avenue. (Continued from August 14, 2007) Minutes, BZA, 09/11/07 Page 2 File No. 07-1376: 2.A conditional use permit and zoning modifications to reduce the front yard setback from 22 feet to 5 feet and to reduce the side yard setback from 5 feet to 3 feet to expand the existing Lily of the Valley Church rd in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone located at 614 E. 3 Street. File No. 07-1146: 3. A conditional use permit to add 13,320 square feet of storage space to an existing 16,725 square foot mini-storage facility with a 625 square foot caretaker’s unit in a C-2 (regional commercial) zone district located at 3201 S. Chester Avenue. File No. 07-1444: 4.A zoning modification to reduce the required off-street parking from 32 to 55 spaces to allow for a 323 square foot expansion/Remodel of an existing drive-through fast food restaurant in a C-2 (regional commercial) zone district located at 3011 Brundage Lane. File No. 07-1510: 5. A zoning modification to reduce the required off-street parking for an existing drive-through fast food restaurant (John’s Burger) from 37 to 22 spaces in order to retain existing, non-permitted outdoor seating for 32 persons located at 1000 Oak Street. The public hearing was opened. No one from the audience or the Board requested removal of any item from the consent calendar. The public hearing on the consent calendar public hearing items was closed. Member Burns moved to approve the consent agenda public hearing items. Motion carried by the following roll call vote: AYES: Members: Zaragoza, Burns NAYS: None ABSENT: Member Rojas 4.COMMUNICATIONS None. 5. BOARD COMMENTS: None. 6.
