AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING CHAPTER 7.44, MASSAGE
SERVICES AND MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 7.44.270, of Chapter 7.44 of Title 7 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty
and after the date of its passage.
